According to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Russia and Pakistan have a lot of room to work together in a variety of areas.
In an interview with Valentina Matvienko, the speaker of the Russian Federal Assembly’s Federation Council, who paid him a visit in Islamabad, the prime minister said that the strengthening of ties between Russia and Pakistan is encouraged by the recent visits by Russian officials.
Along with wishing Russian President Vladimir Putin well, the prime minister extended an invitation for him to come to Pakistan shortly.
He conveyed his belief that the December Pakistan-Russia Joint Commission Meeting will be a significant chance to deepen understanding between the two nations.
The two parties talked on developing a comprehensive investment, trade, and economic roadmap between Russia and Pakistan as well as bolstering financial channels to encourage investment and commerce.
