During a meeting today (Wednesday), the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) parliamentary party and its allies will make “important” decisions.
Parliament House will host the PML-N parliamentary meeting at 3 p.m. Nawaz Sharif, a former prime minister, will chair the meeting. Among other significant choices, the gathering would support Shehbaz Sharif’s nomination as the prime ministerial candidate.
The agenda item for Thursday’s National Assembly session will be discussed as well.
It has been directed that the recently elected members of the National Assembly show up for the meeting.
The allies will get together later to decide on the next line of action.
In the meantime, Nawaz Sharif will throw a banquet at Punjab House in honour of the recently elected MPs.
