The second batch of 61 Palestinian medical students from Gaza departs for Pakistan.

The second group of 61 Palestinian students from Gaza left Cairo for Islamabad, guided by Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and receiving special assistance from the Global Relief Trust, Rahman physicians, and Al-Khidmat Foundation.

To date, 192 Palestinian medical students from war-torn Gaza have traveled from Egypt to Pakistan to continue their studies at various medical and dentistry colleges in that country. Of these students, 88 have left Egypt for Pakistan.

At Cairo’s international airport, Palestinian students were assisted in leaving by representatives of the Al-Khidmat Foundation and officials of Pakistan’s embassy.
