Get out of silence
According to representatives of the Punjab Energy Department, they oversaw the power distribution companies’ alleged overcharging by enacting a new regulation. After verifying the meter reading, the government agencies will settle the electrical bills.

Regarding this, the energy department wrote to the Punjab Assembly, the Civil Secretariat, the Administrative Secretaries, the Punjab Police, and the Department of Prisons. If the institutions’ complaints were not addressed, the energy department requested that they get in touch with it.
