An exhibition titled “Made In Pakistan” was held in the capital city of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, from June 28 to 30. The event was arranged with the support of the National Logistics Corporation.

Over 80 major logistics businesses, together with numerous government officials, business leaders, and industry representatives from Pakistan and Uzbekistan, took part in this three-day event.

The participants examined the possible possibilities for the National Logistics Council (NLC) to enhance the delivery of goods across borders and engaged in business-to-business discussions.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) valued at 40 million dollars was also signed between the National Logistics Cell (NLC) and the Government of Bukhara.

NLC notified the Uzbek traders that the most direct route to international markets is via Pakistani ports. The delegations and business representatives were provided with detailed information about NLC’s efficient and economical logistics operations.

The three-day event included Government-To-Government sessions that facilitated the establishment of greater trade and economic relations between Pakistan and Uzbekistan.
