As one representative of the Ruet-e-Hilal Research Council has said, the moon for Eid is expected to be sighted on June 7, increasing the excitement for the sighting of the Zilhaj moon.

Khalid Ijaz Mufti, Secretary General of the Ruet-e-Hilal Research Council, predicts that Monday, June 17 will be Eid-ul-Azha.

The moon will be born on June 6 at 5:38 p.m., according to Khalid Ijaz Mufti’s prediction, and it will most likely be visible by June 7 at sunset because it will be 25 hours old.

As per the committee’s research council, if the current weather holds, it will be possible to plainly see the moon on Eid-ul-Azha.

The Eid-ul-Azha holidays are scheduled to fall on June 17–19, 2024, according to the official holiday calendar. Due to the fact that the majority of government agencies close on Saturdays and Sundays, the holiday shall officially begin on June 15.

All the same, the federal government is supposed to modify the holiday calendar if Eid-ul-Azha is officially declared to fall on June 18. The days preceding Eid-ul-Azha will see the federal government release a formal statement outlining the new vacations.
