An Accountability Court in Islamabad has received a Tosha Khana-II reference from the National Accountability Bureau against Bushra Bibi and the founder of PTI.
Investigation Officer Mohsen Haroon and Case Officer Waqarul Hasan filed the two volumes that make up the Toshah Khana-II Reference with the accountability court.
Once the objections have been removed, the registrar will assess the reference submitted by nab and forward it to the Administrative Judge of the Accountability Court.
The matter will then either be resolved by Administrative Judge Nasir Javed Rana or will be transferred to another judge.
The reference to 190 million pounds is currently being heard by NAB Judge Nasir Javed.
On July 13, the NAB detained Bushra Bibi and the founder of the PTI in the Tosha Khana-II Reference. The suspects were held for a total of 37 days.
On August 19, PTI founder Bushra Bibi received judicial remand following the conclusion of the investigation.
