Punjab Offers Free Wi-Fi: Maryam Nawaz Has Started Offering Free Wi-Fi in Lahore

As part of her goal to make Punjab the safest city for every resident, Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz has introduced free Wi-Fi services in Kalash, Nankana Sahib, and Lahore.

Over five million people in Lahore have benefited from the free internet access, according to Maryan Nawaz, who spoke at the ceremony’s introduction. Students are expected to profit the most from this program.

As part of the safe city project, she said, free Wi-Fi has been turned on at five spots in Nankaha and ten in Kasur. There are plans to add 20 more locations to the network there.

Maryam stated that 250 more Lahore sites will receive the service following its initial success.

By the end of the year, she added, the safe city authority will be established in eighteen cities, including Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Gujranwala.
