Founder Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is attempting to seize power by fomenting disputes among the country’s institutions, according to Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif on Wednesday.

According to him, the PTI founder is dreaming of coming back to power after the top justice retires, in an interview with a private news channel.

“It will prove incorrect, but his wish was to be the ultimate winner of the battle between state institutions,” he declared. Khan’s approach, he claimed, was characterized throughout time by shifting political positions and strategies.

The founder of PTI will finally have to accept his position, he said, despite all the political posturing.

Referring to Khan’s latest offer of discussion as “testing the waters,” he answered a query about it, suggesting that Khan is trying to gauge how people might react. “These were all desperate attempts to win back the public’s support,” he claimed, adding that policies of “anarchy and hatred” were the reason behind his decline in popularity.

He criticized Khan’s government for pushing the nation to the verge of bankruptcy in response to a query about the financial status of the nation. Good things are starting to happen as a result of the current government’s efforts to correct the problem.
