By February 6, 2024, the number of illegal Afghan residents returning to their country of origin from Pakistan would have reached a noteworthy milestone. A total of 484,332 people have chosen to depart from Pakistan and return to Afghanistan, according to current reports.

The continuous process of repatriation is a noteworthy endeavour to tackle the problem of unlawful residency and offer assistance to those who wish to return to their place of origin.

In order to guarantee a seamless transition for citizens who are returning, Afghan and Pakistani officials have worked together to create this movement.

A staggering 3,076 Afghan people said goodbye to the cities in Pakistan where they had previously lived between February 3 and February 6.

They were 1,007 children, 924 women, and 1,145 men who bravely decided to go back to their origins.

Authorities have gathered resources, such as 142 cars, to make the return trip easier and move 212 families back to Afghanistan.

The dedication to aiding returning people in their return to their own country is demonstrated by this logistical support.
