Security forces carried out an intelligence-driven operation in the Dera Ismail Khan District. During the operation, there was a fierce gunfight between the own troops and terrorists, which resulted in the extermination of terrorist Muhammad Sohail, who continued to actively engage in terrorist acts against law enforcement agencies and the targeted killing of innocent civilians. A sanitization operation is currently underway in the area to eradicate any additional terrorists that may have been discovered there.
