As the prime minister presided over a polio eradication meeting in Islamabad, he declared that we will not stop until polio was eradicated for good.
During the recent polio campaign, he urged the secretary of national health, polio focal person Ayesha Raza Farooq, and coordinator for national health Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed Bharath to visit the most affected districts, praising the government’s polio team’s efforts to fight the illness.
Additionally, a third-party examination of the anti-polio effort was ordered by the prime minister.
In order to close the immunity gap, he underlined the necessity of creating a thorough plan.
