The PML-N President Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif visited the Sheikhupura area of Ravi Sapphire Bay.
The Chief Ministers looked over the building projects at Sapphire Bay and toured the locations of the barrage and river training works. The Cofferdam Site was examined by her as well.
In response to a public complaint about their land being taken by force, Maryam Nawaz voiced her unhappiness and instructed the relevant authorities to arrange for an independent audit of the situation.
She gave instructions on where the slums entering the project should be relocated, and she accepted a suggestion to create a dedicated crew to check the quality of the work.
For the Ravi River City Project, the Chief Minister gave the order to employ the top expert consultants in the world to guarantee the highest level of construction quality in the Ravi Urban Development Authority Project.
The river training work development plan was thoroughly briefed to the PML-N President and the Chief Minister.
