When the PTI filed a contempt of court plea in the Islamabad High Court (IHC), the Islamabad admin representative informed the court.
Even after the IHC judgment, the PTI was not allowed to conduct a rally by the Islamabad district administration.
The PTI was given permission by the Deputy Commissioner’s Office to hold a rally on the Rawat-GT Road, and this information was reported to the IHC.
PTI is allowed to stage a public rally under 39 conditions, as granted by the district government.
The public rally must end within the allotted time, and anti-state speeches and slogans are strictly prohibited.
