To attend Maharaja Ranjit Singh’s death anniversary, 400 Sikh pilgrims from India crossed the Wagah border and arrived in Lahore.
Along with attending the principal Gurdwaras in Punjab, the pilgrims will carry out religious rites.
The Indian Sikhs were welcomed with open arms at the border of Wagah.
Sikh pilgrims who will spend ten days in Pakistan were welcomed by ETPB representatives and Punjab Minister for Minority Affairs Ramesh Singh. Indian Sikh pilgrims spoke highly of Pakistan’s hospitality.
