QESCO Captures Power Pilferers: Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Customers Face Soaring Fines

In the operation circles of Quetta, Pishin, Loralai, Sibi, Khuzdar, and Makran, the Quetta Electric Supply Company has taken action against pilferers and defaulters.

One industrial user, nineteen commercial connections, and sixty-five residential connections were punished for shunting and delaying electricity meters during the operation.

23 thousand units of power were charged to electricity thieves during the special campaign in the last 24 hours as a fee.

About 12 lacs 73 thousand rupees is the cost of the electrical units used for detection.

12 lacs fifty-three thousand rupees have been collected out of this.

Bills totaling 12.17 million rupees were sent to over 710 noncompliant clients.

Prices for diesel and kerosene oil are expected to decrease by 13.6 and 11 rupees per litre, respectively.

In addition, the cost of a gallon of light diesel will decrease by 13 rupees.
