Pakistan-US Cooperation: Masood Demands Solid Defense and Security Bonds Between Pakistan and the US

Strong defense and security cooperation between Pakistan and the US has been highlighted by Pakistan’s ambassador to the US, Masood Khan.

He said this is critical for regional security and fighting the rising tide of terrorism that also challenges the interests of the US and its allies at the annual Pakistan Conference, “looking back, looking forward: assessing the US-Pakistan relationship,” in Washington, D.C. on Thursday.

The ambassador noted that relations between Pakistan and the United States had promising futures. Masood Khan stated that the two nations were creating a workable plan that would allow them to further their understanding and provide security and prosperity for everybody, acknowledging that they have used their bilateral relationship for their own strategic goals.

Ambassador Khan encouraged US companies and investors to take advantage of Pakistan’s potential by highlighting the nation’s large market opportunities, technical breakthroughs, and demographic dividend.

The announcement of a significant decrease in petroleum prices by Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif is expected to alleviate the financial strain on customers.

The cost of a litre of gasoline will drop by ten rupees.

Prices for diesel and kerosene oil are expected to decrease by 13.6 and 11 rupees per litre, respectively.

In addition, the cost of a gallon of light diesel will decrease by 13 rupees.

This move is a component of the government’s continuous initiatives to lower living expenses and assist households all throughout the nation.
