Pakistan cricket team observes silence in memory of PIA crash victims

Pakistan and Cricket Australia XI players watched a moment of quiet to pay tribute to the casualties of PK-661 plane crash in front of their warm-up match on Thursday.

The players and the match authorities remained peacefully in the memory of the casualties before the three-day coordinate beginning in Cairns, Australia today (Thursday).

The disastrous PIA flight PK-661, while in transit to Islamabad from Chitral, smashed close Havelian in Abbottabad locale, killing each of the 47 travelers installed. Among the casualties were famous vocalist turned-religious evangelist Junaid Jamshed and his significant other. He had been in Chitral for lecturing related work.

A Chitral organization official, Osama Ahmad Warraich was likewise on the plane with his significant other and girl.

Two Austrians and one Chinese were likewise among the casualties.
