More Monsoon rain Is Expected This Week

Although the Met Office forecasted further monsoon rainfall with sporadic pauses for the current week, little rain fell in the country’s upper regions.

Within the next 24 hours, isolated areas in Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Pothohar Region, Northeast Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, Southeast/Lower Sindh, and Northeast/South Balochistan are predicted to experience rain, windstorms, and thundershowers, according to the Met Office.

But throughout the forecast timeframe, most of the nation is anticipated to have hot, muggy weather.

According to the Met Office, the country’s upper and central regions are being affected by moderate monsoon currents originating in the Arabian Sea.

Leading a Provincial Cabinet meeting in Quetta, the Chief Minister declared that the entire country denounced the terrorist attack in Balochistan and that a small number of terrorists are killing innocent people, attacking vulnerable locations, and slandering Baloch customs under the pretext of “Balochism.”

He declared that all efforts are being made by the government to ensure the peace and prosperity of Balochistan, and that scholarships will be provided to students from the province to study overseas.

Fateha for the martyrs of the terrorist acts in Balochistan was also offered at the meeting.
