Meeting of the Privatization Commission. Aleem Khan: Transparency in the Privatization Process Must Be Guaranteed

The government would guarantee openness in the process of privatizing the House Building Finance Corporation and other organizations, according to Federal Minister for Privatization and Investment Board Abdul Aleem Khan.

The Minister made this statement while presiding over a high-level Privatization Commission meeting.

The progress of the privatization of the House Building Finance Corporation and other organizations was the topic of discussion during the conference.

The group also made the decision to guarantee the rights of the workers will be upheld throughout the privatization process.

The opening of all privatization bids in front of stakeholders and cameras was instructed by Minister for Privatization Abdul Aleem Khan.

A negotiation session on HBFC will be held by the Privatization Commission and the interested parties.

Federal Ministers of Finance, Muhammad Aurangzeb, and Law, Azam Nazeer Tarar, were also present during the meeting.

The Privatization Commission was instructed to move quickly by the ministers, who were pleased with the progress that had been accomplished thus far.
