Government Is Developing A Plan To Reform Various Sectors: PM

The Federal Government is developing a comprehensive strategy for reforms in several economic areas, according to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, in conjunction with Provincial Governments.

Speaking at the Federal Cabinet meeting in Islamabad, he stated that the plan’s primary areas of attention include the power sector, agriculture, digitalization of FBR, commerce, and trade.

According to the prime minister, the Punjab government’s recent announcement of a package for power users comes entirely from the province budget; the federal government has made no contribution.

According to the prime minister, the federal government is making an effort to help citizens all throughout the nation.

According to Shehbaz Sharif, the Federal Government has begun a project to convert 28,000 tubewells to solar energy at a cost of 70 billion rupees, in partnership with the Government of Balochistan. According to him, the Federal Government is contributing fifty-five billion rupees to this initiative.

The Prime Minister highlighted the steps being taken to stabilize the economy and stated that inflation has decreased from 38% to 1%, the lowest level in the last three years.
