Federal Secretaries, provincial ministers, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, Federal Minister of Finance, and Federal Minister of Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives Ahsan Iqbal were present at the meeting.
CAREC Corridor Road infrastructure in Sindh and KP was revised, and the committee authorized seven development projects totaling 217 billion rupees, including the extension of the irrigation scope of the Sindh Emergency Flood Rehabilitation Project.
Furthermore, the updated scope for the projected Rs 25.4 billion Karachi Water Supply and Sewerage Improvement Project was authorized by ECNEC.
In order to improve learning outcomes and school attendance in Punjab, the committee also approved the World Bank-Funded Grades Project.
