From November 19 to December 11, 2024, the Pakistan Army and the People’s Liberation Army of China participated in the Pak-China Joint Exercise Warrior-VIII.
The three-week counterterrorism exercise is the eighth in the annual series of bilateral drills.
On December 10, 2024, the exercise’s distinguished visitor’s day ceremony took place at Tilla Field Fire Range.
Lieutenant General Shahid Imtiaz, Commander of the Rawalpindi Corps, was the Chief Guest at the occasion. The Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan and other Chinese dignitaries were also in attendance.
During the drill, troops demonstrated a high level of professionalism, which was commended by dignitaries.
