Case Ayaan, Anabiya: Court orders adding aunt and siblings’ names on the ECL

The magistrate declared in writing that Sonia, the aunt of the youngsters, could not remove the kids from the police station’s authority.

The aunt of the two siblings, Ayaan and Anabiya, was also given custody of them by the judicial magistrate central. In a custody lawsuit brought by their father, the police brought the siblings before the judicial magistrate central court.

According to Ayaan and Anabiya’s admissions, their mother grandmother and aunt used to abuse them, which is why they fled the family, according to the case’s investigating officer.

The children instructed a guy they found late at night to take them to the Edhi Home, but he was a kind man who brought the children to his house and dropped them off at the Hyderi mall the next day after contacting the children’s mother, according to the IO.

The father’s attorney noted that the father was not allowed to see his kids and that his client was not aware that the mother had left the county two years prior. requesting that the aunt and uncle be punished, and he demanded custody of the kids.

The case’s decision was withheld until after both parties had finished their arguments.

Afterwards, Ayaan and Anabiya’s aunt received custody of them. The aunt was requested to post one million rupee surety bonds.

Around 11:50 p.m. on Tuesday, Ayaan, 11, and Anabiya, 12, left their home to get a burger in North Nazimabad Block H, but they never came back.

The senior superintendent of police (SSP) central district reports that the incident is being looked at from a number of angles using CCTV video.

According to the authorities, a report of missing children was filed against unknown people at the police station in North Nazimabad.

Later, the mother stated from Dubai in a social media post, “Shukar, thank God, both of the children are well.”

“Those who took them dropped them at Hyderi,” the mother said.

The children said that their “mother and aunt used to torture them” in their first statement. Ayaan and Anabiya reported that on Tuesday night, they were discovered on the street and spent the night at the home of their uncle and aunt.

GHQ Attack Case: Prosecution Seeks Bail Cancellation of CM KP & Other Accused, Indicts 9 More

25 defendants, including PTI officials, have non-bailable arrest warrants issued by the Anti Terrorism Court of Rawalpindi for their failure to show up for court proceedings related to the GHQ attack case.

Judge Amjad Ali Shah added nine more suspects to the GHQ attack indictment list during today’s ATC Court sessions, bringing the total to 98.

Among the 61 defendants who appeared in court were Shah Mehmud Qureshi and the founder of the PTI.

Among those charged are Khadim Hussain Khokhar, Mehr Mohammad Javed, Chaudhary Asif, Zakir Ullah, Azeem Ullah, Shireen Mazatri, Major Retired Tahir Sadiq, and former MPA Rashid Hafeez.

A plea to cancel the bail of 23 suspects, including Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has also been filed by the prosecution side.

In the GHQ attack, there were 119 accused in total.
